Karen Shaper, owner and co-founder of Shaper Enterprises, has spent years helping individuals and businesses find their voice and purpose. Alongside her husband, she founded Shaper Enterprises, which has been thriving ever since.

With a master's degree in communication, Karen is a faculty member at the University of Michigan, Eastern Michigan University, and Washtenaw Community College, where she teaches courses in communication. As a former Toastmasters member, she has earned numerous awards for her public speaking excellence. Karen is also the author of the beloved children’s book "My Cave City Adventures,” which tells the story of a city boy learning resilience and leadership during a summer on the farm.

A motivational speaker and thought leader, Karen brings her expertise in healthcare communication to companies nationwide, inspiring teams to build trust, overcome challenges, and lead with purpose.
